BULA recognizes that many Ugandan children are vulnerable to poverty and a system inherently limiting their opportunities, and as such aims to reduce that vulnerability with direct sponsorship of their education. This program has been in operation since 2009, putting a select group of students through secondary and vocational schools. The funded students are those also benefiting from BULA’s ‘Home at Last’ initiative.

As students complete their uninterrupted education, they find that their opportunities beyond school have increased. Several students who have completed their primary and secondary school education thanks to the sponsorship of their school feed by BULA’s Educational fund, are now in enrolled in the top universities in Uganda.
